Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream applesauce and splenda together.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
  5. Mix flours, soda and salt.
  6. Blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.
  7. Turn into two 5'7 loaf pans.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes.
