Mels Healthy Banana Bread

just like my basic banana bread but really healthy =)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup splenda granular
2 egg whites
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350.
2. cream applesauce and splenda together.
3. beat in eggs.
4. combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
5. mix flours, soda and salt.
6. blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.
7. turn into two 5'7 loaf pans.
8. bake for 50 minutes.
