Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix applesauce and add sugar gradually.
  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. beat well.
  4. Add flour, salt and soda.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet (i prefer parchment paper).
  7. Bake for 13 minutes.
  8. Cool on pan then transfer to rack.
