Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients and whip on high speed until slightly fluffy.
  2. Add dry ingredients and blend.
  3. Bake 350. About 35 minutes for mini-loaf.
