Melissa's Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 -2 tbsp lawry's lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brush an 8X8 oven-proof glass container with olive oil and place chicken breasts in container.
  3. Add sea salt, lemon pepper and basil on chicken.
  4. Cut half of lemon into thin rings and place on top of chicken.
  5. Squeeze other half of lemon on chicken.
  6. Place glass container of chicken in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
