Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (244.0 g) milk, lowfat , fluid, 1% milkfat
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Dice potatoes. boil them until they are soft. drain water (leaving about 2 Tbsp of the water in the pan). Using a mixer, mix the potatoes adding the butter and milk.
