Ingredients:

  • 2 lb of peeled , quartered potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 tsp of butter

Directions:

  1. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain your potatoes and mash or press them. Add the milk and butter, salt and pepper.
