Mary's Creamy Tomato Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and onion together and drain, set aside.
  2. Cook Spaghetti Noodles according to package directions, drain & cool.
  3. Spray 8 x 11 inch casserole dish with non stick spray.
  4. On stove top heat spaghetti sauce and cream cheese until the cream cheese is melted. Stir in milk until combined.
  5. Add beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese to the spaghetti noodles, mix well.
  6. Pour into casserole dish and form into a crust by pushing noodles up the sides as best you can.
  7. Spread Ricotta cheese over noodles.
  8. Top with 4 slices of American cheese.
  9. Layer ground beef and onion over American cheese.
  10. Top with Sauce mixture.
  11. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
  12. Take out of oven and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
