Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 -5 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cream margarine and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  7. Roll out onto floured surface.
  8. Cut shapes.
  9. Place cookies on lightly greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  11. Frost when cool.
  12. Enjoy your tasty treat!
