Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove all cartilege from crabmeat.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings.
  3. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.
  4. Shape into 6 cakes.
  5. Fry in oil (350 F), until browned, or pan fry in a little butter or oil until browned on both sides.
