Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon crisp. Cool and crumble.
  2. Sauté onions and peppers in bacon grease until soft.
  3. Dump everything, except catsup and crushed tomatoes, together in large bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour into cassarole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. Pour off excess liquid and top with catsup and crushed tomatoes.
  6. Bake another 20-25 minutes.
