  10. 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
  11. 1 clove garlic, minced.
  12. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
  13. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve over combination of:.
  14. 1 bunch spinach.
  15. 1 head romaine lettuce.
  16. 1 head iceberg lettuce.
  17. Sprinkle over top:
  18. 1 pound crumbled bacon.
