Directions:

  1. The above ingredient quantities are estimates (as I make this without measuring anything, and am just going by memory)
  2. Peal and chop mangoes into 1/4 chunks
  3. Chop cilantro finely
  4. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix. Let sit awhile.
  5. Serve slightly chilled
