Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of black beans
  • 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 cup cilantro

Directions:

  1. Dice onion, mince garlic, dice pepper, finely chop cilantro. Mix all of the ingredients in a pot. Serve after cooking on medium for 20min.
