Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix cereal and milk and let stand about 5 minutes to soften. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Spray 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and fill muffin cups with batter. You can fill to the top since the muffins do not rise very much.
  3. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes.
