Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar , packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In large misxing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients gradually.
  3. Crop by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
