Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars together.
  2. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine the flour, salt, cinnamon & baking soda.
  4. Mix into creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the oatmeal.
  6. Press into 9X13 ungreased pan and cook 350 for 30-35 minute.
