Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 cups skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients
  2. Add remaining ingredients. mix well.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron.
