Waffle Batter using low fat, low cholesterol ingredients
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp applesauce
4 egg whites
2 cups skim milk
Directions:
1. mix first four ingredients
2. add remaining ingredients. mix well.
3. pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron.
