Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place peas and water in a bowl; cover. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add mint, butter, lemon rind, pepper, and salt; toss.
