Ingredients:

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer, letting
  2. The mixer run for 3 or 4 minutes on high speed. It should be
  3. Fluffy.
  4. Lower mixer speed to medium and gradually add the sweetened
  5. Condensed milk, lemonade concentrate and food coloring
  6. (see Note, below).
  7. Remove the bowl from the mixer, and gently fold in half of the
  8. Whipped
  9. Topping. Reserve remaining half for garnish.
  10. Pour filling into a prepared pie shell, and chill for several
  11. Hours until set.
  12. Serve pie with a dollop of whipped topping.
  13. Note: You only need 2 or 3 drops of food coloring, if you choose
  14. To use it.
  15. The result should be pale yellow - not traffic light yellow.
