Lemon Garlic Talapia

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Rinse Talapia under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Place fillets in baking dish,
  5. Saute garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley in butter.
  6. Pour Lemon Juice over fillets.
  7. Then drizzle garlic butter mixture on over fillets.
  8. Bake in preheated overn until fish is white and flakes apart when pulled with a fork.
  9. NOTE: Bake 10 minutes then sprinkle with parmesian cheese and bake another 10 minutes and check.
  10. Do not overbake.
