Ingredients:

  • 20 oz. tilapia fillets
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup. white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Over med. heat in a large saucepan, add garlic, lemon juice and fillets. cover and simmer for 6 minutes. add white wine, flip fillets and simmer for another six minutes. serve sprinkled with parsely.
