Lemon Asparagus Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 -2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper.
  4. Boil.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes till done.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
