Layer Pasta Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 lb) packages green giant pasta accent primavera frozen vegetables and pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cups finely shredded lettuce

Directions:

  1. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on pkg untill veg are crisp and tender.
  2. Spoon evenly into ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with onions.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. In a small bowl combine mayo sugar and lemon juice; blend well.
  6. Spoon mixture over chilled veg with pasta and gently spread to cover.
  7. Arrange lettuce evenly over top.
  8. Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon over top of lettuce.
  9. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
