Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grill chicken and chop
  2. Thinly slice green onion
  3. Mix onion, chicken, zest of one lime, fresh lime juice
  4. Salt and red pepper flake to taste
  5. Favorite hot sauce to taste
  6. Mix all ingredients in bowl allow flavors to meld about one hour
  7. Lay out wonton skins, wet edges with pastry brush and water
  8. Approx one tbls spoon of chicken mixture per wonton
  9. Fold and seal with fork
  10. Freeze unsed portions
  11. Six perserving
  12. Deep Fry in any oil with a high smoke point
