Fruit smoothie. I have this really anytime of day. Usually breakfast, but you can have it anytime.
Ingredients:
1 cup organic frozen blue berries
1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup frozen organic bananas
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup water
there really are so many variations of a smoothie. sometimes i add juice instead of water. i also have an organic mixture of passion fruits that i use or organic strawberries. i also usually add liquid vitamins to my smoothie. you can also share this with someone else. i usually don't so that is why i put serving 1.
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend :) .May need to add more water to help smooth the smoothie out.
