Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen berries (i save berries while in season to freeze for the winter months)
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2-1 cup 100% fruit juice ( apple , grape, white grape , orange , etc)
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and desired consistency. Start with 1/2 cup juice and add more, as needed for blendability and preferred thickness.
  2. *a T of pure honey can be added if desired for added sweetness, but grape juice will also be sweeter than some other juices
  3. Top with a dollop of unsweetened fresh whipped cream, if desired.
