  1. In a bowl, mix beef, pepper, 3 T hoisin and 1 T soy sauce. Form mixture into 4 patties. In a skillet, add 1 T oil, sautee onion, garlic and mushrooms and add 1 T soy sauce. Cook patties, assemble onion & mushroom mixture, provolone and lettuce on buns
