Directions:

  1. Thaw brussells sprouts and halve lengthwise
  2. Caramelize onions....Caramelized Onions
  3. Remove from pan
  4. Add brussells sprouts, salt and pepper; saute until golden
  5. Add onions back to pan and sprinkle with cranberries
  6. Mix to combine
