  1. Plase all of the ingredients in a sauce pan over high heat.bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes,skim any scum that rises to the surface
  2. Increase heat, turning chicken frequently in sauce and cook till liquid is reduced to a sticky glaze
  3. Remove chili and garlic and serve , spooning glaze over chicken
