Irene's Red Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Clean and slice or chunk potatoes.
  2. Add seasonings.
  3. Cut butter over top of potatoe.
  4. When ready to bake; add 1 1/2 inch of water.
  5. Cover with tin foil.
  6. Bake 400F x 1 hr.
