Red Potatoes in Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes and onions together until they just start to get tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Coat a 9x9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  5. Place a layer of potatoes and onions.
  6. Top that layer with ranch dressing.
  7. Next, put a layer of cheese over the dressing.
  8. Repeat with another layer of potatoes and onions, then dressing, and top with layer of cheese.
  9. Bake in 350F degree oven for 30 minutes.
