Irene's Red Potatoes

These are great for a side dish
Ingredients:
3 lbs red potatoes
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 cup butter
Directions:
1. clean and slice or chunk potatoes.
2. add seasonings.
3. cut butter over top of potatoe.
4. when ready to bake; add 1 1/2 inch of water.
5. cover with tin foil.
6. bake 400F x 1 hr.
