Dill Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of small red potatoes
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 stick of butter cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp of dill
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine all ingredients (except butter in a bowl and stir to coat potatoes)
  3. Put potatoes in a baking dish and put butter pieces on top of potatoes
  4. Bake for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through and golden
  5. Stir potatoes occasionally
