Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN:400 degrees
  2. Grease a 9X13 inch baking dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray.
  3. Place the bell pepper halves open-side up in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl,toss the cherry tomatoes,basil,and garlic cloves.
  5. Fill each pepper half with the mixture
  6. Season eith salt and pepper,
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  8. BAKE for 15 minutes in preheated oven
  9. Remove foil,bake 15 minutes more.
  10. Remove from the oven,sprinkle with the herb vinegar.
  11. These are great served hot or cold!
