Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork loin
  • 1 cup leek
  • 2 cups celery
  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup turnip
  • 1 small savoy cabbage
  • 2 quarts water

Directions:

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Add to large pot with water.
  3. Cut veggies unto chunks and add to pot.
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer 1 hour.
