Hot Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes almost all the way
  2. Peel them and cut them in cubes.
  3. Mix the potatoes, onion, bacon, mayo and cheese
  4. Place in greased pan.
  5. Bake 350, mix every 10 minutes uncovered
  6. Not sure of the time I think it is 30 minutes. Check at that time.
  7. I serve it with sour cream. You can top it with chives.
