Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Combine with eggs, 1 cup of butter milk, oil. beat until smooth.
  3. Add honey and remaining buttermilk.
  4. Cook both sides in buttered griddle.
