Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
