Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in olive oil. Add wine, honey, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper,.
  2. Bring mixture to boil. Combine cornstarch and water; mix well and add to sauce. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
  3. Serving Suggestions: Serve over cooked turkey, chicken, fish or pork.
