Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an ovenproof casserole or baking dish with foil.
  2. Heat olive oil in medium-sized skillet. Add onion and cook over medium heat until soft and translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add white wine to pan and cook for 1 minute Remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, place turkey, onion mixture and remaining meatloaf ingredients. Using clean hands, mix until ingredients are well combined.
  5. Place meat mixture in casserole/baking dish and form into loaf form.
  6. In a small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over meatloaf.
  7. Place dish in heated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Let meatloaf rest for 5-10 mins before serving.
