  1. Method for A
  2. Thinly sliced the pork tenderloin and marinate with sugar, salt, white pepper, BBQ sauce, chopped garlic and chopped young ginger over night. When ready to make salad, grill it with little oil and set aside to cool.
  3. Method for B
  4. Blanch diced long beans and carrots and quickly soaked them in iced water. Put them in the mixing bowl together with the rest of the ingredient in B and BBQ pork. Set aside.
  5. Method for C
  6. Sautee chopped garlic and add in hor sin sauce and fried for 2 mins. Set aside to cool. In a small mixing bowl add Moyonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic hor sin sauce and mix well.
  7. When ready to serve the salad, mix them with the prepared sauce and add salt and black pepper to taste.
