Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, honey, vanilla, and peanut butter together.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, (flakes, seeds, nuts, coconut, & wheat germ).
  3. Mix well until evenly coated.
  4. Pour mixture onto 2 large greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir well and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. After baking mix in your choice of desired dried fruits.
  8. DO NOT BAKE with the fruits in the mixture or you will think you put rocks in your granola.
