Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. In a mixer add all above ingredients and blend till a smooth drink is obtained.
  2. If required add more skimmed milk to adjust the consistency.
  3. Serve chilled.
