Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Remove peel from banana.
  2. Wrap banana in heavy-duty plastic wrap, and freeze until firm.
  3. Remove banana from freezer, and cut into large chunks.
  4. Place banana in container of an electric blender; add milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Cover and process on high speed 2 minutes or until smooth.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
