Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove plastic wrap from banana.
  2. Cut frozen banana into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Place in a blender.
  4. Add milk, raspberries and honey and blend until very thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down as necessary.
  5. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
