Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coffee
  • 3 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (splenda )
  • 1 (1/3 oz) packet hot cocoa (diet 25 calories )
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional) or 1/4 tsp raspberry extract (optional)
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Mix hot coffee, milk, sugar, hot chocolate, and extract if using.
  2. Cool in fridge or freezer
  3. Pour over ice and enjoy.
