Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sugar-free fruit yogurt (i recommend strawberry)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
