  1. Put all of the ingredients into a large pot. Add 8 c. water, bring to a boil, and stire to break up the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 min.
  2. Serves 6: 150 cal, 4g fat, 1818 sod, 4g fiber, 14g prot (will change with LS)
